Two ways to participate in 2023.
Virtual only (Wed Sept 20)

Full conference (Wed Sept 20 - Fri Sept 22)

Select “Get Tickets” (in red on right).
Now you are in Eventbrite's registration page. Disregard Promo Code unless you are eligible, such as being a student and/or volunteer, and have been given a code.
Under “Donations” you’ll see two options: “Full Conference (In-person and virtual)” and “Virtual Conference Only”. Choose VIRTUAL based on the sliding scale (details below).
Once you’ve made your selections, continue to check out and complete your registration.
Once at the conference, learn, enjoy, and network!
What you get with Virtual only Registration
Includes:
Virtual conference - Wednesday Sept 20th, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Virtual NYSACC Annual Meeting - Wednesday, Sept 20, 12:30 PM
All sessions will be recorded and available for viewing at a later date!
Cost:
Sliding Scale $5 to $75
(anything over $5 is tax deductible and makes our conference go)
*Speakers are given free admission to the virtual conference.

Includes:

Meet and Greet Happy Hour - Wednesday, Sept 20, 5:00 PM
Morning field trip* Thursday, Sept 21, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Afternoon field trip* Thursday, Sept 21, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Thursday Evening Reception with dinner, keynote speaker, and awards ceremony (9/21/23 @ 5PM)
Morning field trip* Friday, Sept 22, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Cost:
This is a sliding-scale ticket. We require a minimum contribution**.
Minimum amount - $60
Suggested ticket amount - $80
Angel donation (covers the cost of others) - $100

*Field trip spots are limited. You must select an add-on ticket to reserve your spot on each field trip

How is it going to work in person?
The in-person portion of this conference will be focused on social gatherings and field trips. We want to encourage connections and conversations.
There is no singular conference location. Each field trip will meet and depart from a specific location. You will be emailed with your field trip details in mid-Sept.
The reception will be our full-conference gathering from 5-8 PM Thursday, Sept 21 at the Stewart Park large pavilion - map link
You can "check-in" to get your conference badge and have questions answered

1. The Hotel Ithaca - Hotel website. Reserve a room from our block rate. Just off the Ithaca Commons in downtown Ithaca. Central to the conference meetup locations and prime dining options.
2. Rodeway Inn - Hotel website. Reserve a room from our block rate. A quick 10-min drive from downtown Ithaca. Perfect for the cost-conscious traveler that wants to be close to parks and a quieter life.
There are numerous other hotel options and don't discount cabins and camping at the parks!
